* - $105 is for 1 worker for 2 hours and does not included any surcharges like pet or parking. 2 person teams start at $145 for 2 workers for 1.5 hours, again, this does not include any surcharges.
Deep or Spring Cleaning
Sometimes it takes some extra attention to get your home back up to par. Our teams will come in and get underneath all your furniture and clean from ceiling to floor, eliminating the dirt and grim. Learn more

Event Clean Up
Let our team come to your party venue to clean up before or after your event. We will even come dressed accordingly and help you upon the completion of your function, packing up your rentals, doing dishes, while cleaning and straightening.

May is our busiest month of the year for many reasons, but the biggest request we get from our current and new clients is for "Spring Cleaning". Order now and have our teams visit your home for a deep cleaning of your entire home, or just a portion, you pick the package that suits you best or contact us for a free consultation and we can help you with pricing for your routine or one time cleaning!
New customers can choose from:
$330 - 6 Hours of Deep Cleaning (non-routine customers)
$440 - 8 Hours of Deep Cleaning (non-routine customers)
$660 - 12 Hours of Deep Cleaning (non-routine customers)

$270 - 3 Hours of Vapor Cleaning
*Deep Cleaning tasks can include moving furniture (when possible), cleaning under rugs, vacuuming heating registers & vents, dusting ceiling fans, detailed dusting of shelves, dust light fixtures & shades, vacuum & just behind/under beds, cleaning behind/under fridge (when possible), to name a few areas...Hours listed are "worker" hours, so if we send a 2 person team a 8 hours cleaning it would take only 4 hours :)
At your consultation the owner of Emerald City Cleaning will tour your home with you, show you all of our credentials and certifications, as well leave you with a brochure about our services and the exclusive green cleaning product line that we will use in your home. At the end you will receive a quote for your cleaning (one time or routine) as well as dates/times that work with your schedule.
